Baby Prynne was an unexpected addition to the Quillet herd. I had gone on a roadtrip to pick up and deliver several goat kids between Oregon and Montana in the early summer of 2022, and one of my stops was at Katie Scott’s farm (formerly known as AutumnWood Mini Nubians, now Over The Moon Family Farm). Little Prynne caught my eye, and I really bonded with her granddam, Spice, while I was there. When I stopped for a second time to drop off a goat on the way home, I knew I had to bring her home with me! She is a character, and adopted our Nubian Aggie as her surrogate mom. Prynne is looking great as dry yearling, and we can’t wait to see how she matures! She brings some nice AutumnWood and Green Gables genetics to the herd.
